A pro forma document can be download at your personal area but first some details must be filled in.

After filling in and confirming the billing address, an orange button (Proforma ) will appear where you can download the document.
Cancellation and Refund
Only for cancellations received until 1st May 2024, less an administrative fee equal to 10 percent of your registration fee (in EUR)
All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant
Any request for refund must be addressed to secretariado@spq.pt
Refunds will be handled after the Conference
